Controller: THE BRIDGE COLLECTIVE LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #7557, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, United States. Contact: [email protected].
2. When we message you
We message you only if you have voluntarily provided your number through our forms. Messages may include:
Confirmation that we have received your application.
Scheduling, reminders, or changes to your admissions call.
Responses to questions you raise through this channel.
If you are enrolled, follow-up and support during the program.
Marketing communications about our programs, only if you have consented to receive them.
3. Consent
By providing your number in our form, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, or telephone in connection with your application. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
For marketing messages sent using automated systems, we obtain your prior express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for recipients in the United States, and by the GDPR together with applicable electronic communications legislation for recipients in the European Union.
4. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the process. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier; those costs are yours to bear.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP or BAJA in the conversation and we will stop messaging you. You may also request this at [email protected] or block our number within the application itself. We will action your request without delay.
Reply HELP or AYUDA if you need assistance regarding this channel.
Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from contacting you about strictly operational matters relating to a scheduled appointment or a program you have enrolled in.
6. What data we process here
Your phone number, your name, the content of the messages, and conversation metadata such as date and time.
7. Notice about the channel
WhatsApp is a service provided by a third party independent of us, with its own terms and privacy policy. Although it encrypts communications end to end, we cannot guarantee the security of the channel or accept responsibility for incidents attributable to the provider.
Please do not send identification documents, banking details, or sensitive information through this channel. If we need anything of that nature, we will direct you to an appropriate method.
8. Retention
We retain conversation history for as long as necessary for the purposes described and thereafter for applicable limitation periods. You may request deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
